The vision of School of Humanities of UPRTOU, to generate interest in literary, philosophic, mass- communication, book maintenance and economic principles among the students deprived of higher education for any reason to brush up the literary talent hidden inside the learners, develop the ability to communication any topic/subject and to develop the capability of economic analysis at the national and international level.
