Counseling Cell is constituted with a view to falicitate proper counseling i.e. (teaching, sharing of knowledge & clarification of any query regarding subject) to the learnes. The students who are enrolled in UPRTOU are termed as learners and learing is a ongoing continous process. Counseling cell works with a vision “to Empower one by education”.
