About School of Science
The School of Science was started in 2002 with a view to provide undergraduate and post graduate students a prospect to be a component of the distinctive learning methodology of the university, which lays prominence on academic excellence. The significance of science to the mankind has been effectively summarized by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, as Science, more Science and still more Science is needed today the strong foundations for the development and growth of an individual, a society, a nation and the world. The aim of School of Science is to achieve excellence in teaching, training and research of Science and Interdisciplinary Sciences.
All the curriculums offered at the School of Science are designed in such a way to generate a pool of highly qualified scientific talent who can fulfil the needs of society, institutions as well as the demands in an industry setting.
